Why "Liminal?"
The Oxford English Dictionary defines liminal as "relating to a transitional or initial stage of a process." To us, liminal is the process of bridging your past and future selves together in the present.
The Difference Between Life Coaching and Therapy
Therapy focuses on the past, identifying why you do certain things in the present and help change them. Life coaching focuses on the present, emphasizing on meeting concrete goals and learning tools to create the person you want to be in the future. While a therapist would address mental health, as a life coach, it's my job to guide you to your goal, and together we create a plan of how to achieve it.
